The imajen checklist:

• Your home should have a light and pleasant fragrance
• All drapery should be open
• Windows should be clean on the inside and outside
• Remove all family photos and religious items
• Store away valuables
• The house should be white glove clean giving special attention to the kitchen and bathrooms
• Ensure all light fixtures have the highest wattage allowed
• All storage areas (closet, basements etc.) should be neat. Loose items should be placed in boxes and in bins on shelves
• Place fresh neutral towels in bathrooms and hide waste baskets
• Clean switch plate covers, vents and around windows 
• Clean light fixtures throughout the house, removing dust, bugs, etc. 
• Remove all evidence of pets.
